Our chocolate macaron can be considered a “grand classique,” or a Great Classic—this is why we chose to debut with this flavor. The filling is a ganache made with a 72% dark chocolate. Classic, bittersweet and strong.

Ingredients (Macaron): Almond, Powdered Cane Sugar, Cane Sugar, Egg White, Heavy Whipping Cream, 72% Dark Chocolate, Cocoa Powder (cocoa porcessed with Potassium Carbonate), Honey.
Ingredients (White Chocolate): Sugar, Hydrogenated Vegetable Fat, Nonfat Dry Milk, Soy Lecithin, Cocoa Butter, Cannabis Oil, Food Color.

Eggs, Milk and Dairy, Soy, Tree Nuts
Ingredientes (Macaron): almendra, azúcar de caña en polvo, azúcar de caña, clara de huevo, crema batida espesa, chocolate amargo al 72%, cacao en polvo (cacao procesado con carbonato de potasio), miel.
